We believe that design is fundamentally about problem solving. Asking the right questions and defining the problem is the first step in any successful design process. This is often achieved by workshops and user research. When we are sure that we are actually trying to solve the right problem, it's time to move on to the visual design.

Making a intuitive interface based on user needs is the baseline and a requirement for any digitial product. But when the practical functions has ben soved, we need to take a step further and cater to the emotional side. We stongly belive that interactions should not only be easy to use but also delightful. When the user is rewarded by positive emotions as they use a product, that will stay with them and also reflect on the brand. That's why we always work hard to align user experience and brand, and to create memorable and positive interactions.

We like to see business move on from a PDF with graphical guidlines to a scaleble and flexible design system that connects with their products. While the foundations should be rigid to offer brand consistency, a design system offers the ability to quickly interate and adapt other parts of the brand, something that is more important in todays fast changing landscape.

We usually set up a design system based on graphical guidlines, with a foundation of tokens such as colors, typefaces and grids that remain rigid. We then build component based on these foundations, that scale across platforms and can be updated if needed.
